Production of chili spicy molecules without the need to plant. These molecules have applications such as repellents for biological control of pests in agriculture, marine antivegetatives to prevent fouling, cable coatings to prevent rodent bites, among others. Applied Biotec produces them through an ecologically friendly green biotechnology process obtained with purity greater than 90% with standardized quality.

Features and Technical Specifications

  • Sustainable and ecologically friendly biotechnology process.
  • Spicy chili compounds with purity greater than 90% and standardized quality.
  • Different levels of puncture (itching), with different presentations (physical state, color and appearance).
  • Compounds with up to 10,500,000 Scoville Units (SHU).

Technology and Competitive Advantages

  • Optimization of agricultural resources (production of capsaicinoids without land use and water expenditure).
  • 20 x faster, 3x cheaper, much more sustainable.
  • Purity greater than 90%, standardized quality.
  • Non-lethal and environmentally friendly with beneficial fauna (bees and pollinators).
